Entry on the palate is broad, taut and energetic . An explosion of flavors envelops the whole palate, thanks to the perfect suppleness and finesse of the bubbles. This cuvee with its savory, mineral and circus sensations, dynamism and lingering flavors, has a story to tell that unfolds over time. An elegant pristine finish.
