The vines are cultivated using organic farming principles and careful respect for the environment, and the yield is drastically reduced to intensify the aroma of the grapes.
The Carmenère grapes are planted on the granitic soil slopes of Orocoipo hill in the Panquehue sub-region of . The wine is aged for 12 months in oak.
This is intense, complex and of great character, with aromas of fresh blackberry and blackcurrant, intermingled with notes of cedar, tobacco, coffee and roasted hazelnuts. An extremely well balanced Carmenère with soft tannins and an elegant finish.
