Tarquins Cornish Pastis Liqueur

This is the first Pastis to be made in the UK. A modern take on the classic French aniseed spirit, distilled in small batches in copper pot stills on the rugged Cornwall coast.

Tarquins Cornish Pastis is distilled with 13 hand-selected botanicals from distant and exotic locations from around the world, including aniseed, fennel seed, liquorice root, green cardamom, cinnamon, orris root, star anise, angelica root, juniper, gorse flowers, and fresh citrus peel.

• On the nose Tarquins Cornish Pastis Liqueur is big and bold, with candied black liquorice, zesty orange peel, and notes of freshly picked garden herbs.
• Flavours of sweet fennel seed and earthy liquorice, black pepper, fresh fennel, and fragrant orange blossom.
• The finish is full-bodied with a lovely creamy texture, and an extremely long and dry finish with a lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness, and gentle sweet spice.
