Sly Gin from Haven Distillery is a hand crafted, small batch London Dry Gin made in the heart of Herefordshire. Using herbs hand grown in Duncan and Alex’s garden.

The result is a classic London Dry with botanicals including juniper, lemon thyme and apple mint. Sly Gin has complex herbal mid tones of lavender and bay seasoned with rosemary and sweet spice. The palate is a long lingering herbal / citrus finish of lemon thyme and grapefruit. Their newest creation – Sly Gin Pink grapefruit – produces a Gin that has a subtle nose of Grapefruit followed by a powerful palate and a smooth citrus finish.
