  Grapes

  80% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 5% Rondinella della Valpolicella Classico

• Vinification

  Selected grapes harvested by hand in Plateaux at the beginning of October. After drying according to tradition, the grapes are destemmed and pressed before fermentation with maceration for about 20 days

• Maturation

  French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months

• Color

  Deep ruby red with garnet hints

• Aromas

  Overripe red fruits aromas, spices and toasting

• Taste

  Balanced on the palate thanks to the alcohol content and fine tannins. Very pleasant to drink

• Temperature

  Uncork one hour before drinking. Serve at 18-20°C alc 15.5 % by Vol
