Handcrafted in the Wye Valley by Silver Circle Distillery, with local honey from the Wye Valley Meadery.

Catbrook Honey Gin is an incredibly smooth spirit, rich in honey flavour without being overly sweet.

The honey is blended and distilled with black pepper and cardamom, resulting in a warm honey flavour with spicy notes and a luxurious texture. 

Perfect in a Gin and Tonic or classic gin-based cocktail, served neat, or on the rocks.
