Shaw + Smith Shiraz 

Established in 1989 by Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith MW. Shaw + Smith’s winery aims to produce modern, contemporary wines showcasing the rich heritage of their surroundings, Adelaide .

Shaw + Smith Shiraz is a medium bodied cool-climate Shiraz, in which balance is more important than power.

• Shaw + Smith Shiraz 2019 shows excellent structure and well-balanced tannins
• Enjoy notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries
• A palate of more red berry fruits with a hint of spice and chocolate

Decant and enjoy with slow cooked lamb shoulder. Ideal temperature is 16-18°C.

Has the concentration and structure to develop fine tertiary characters in the bottle over the next 15 years.
