A great addition to our new . A Hereford gin which has been made in collaboration with our friends at Wardington’s Original in Ludlow, Shropshire.

• Distilled in traditionally handmade copper pot stills
• Using a wide variety of botanicals including: juniper, coriander seed, almond, cloves, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel and cardamom
• Resulting in a dry (or Hereford Dry as we like to call it) style gin
• Distinct, full-bodied flavour and crisp citrus finish

Enjoy Secret Bottle Shop Hereford extra dry gin with heaps of ice, adding a premium tonic and finally adding a slice of thyme and fresh lemon for garnish.

Perfect to use to make a classic dry martini:

• 3 parts Hereford gin
• ½ part
• Lemon twist to garnish

First add ice to a mixing glass, secondly stir the Hereford gin with the dry vermouth. Then strain into a martini or coupe glass. Finally garnish with a lemon twist.
