First released in 2005, it follows the House’s cool-climate Chardonnay approach, benefiting from the classification system and the inclusion of high-grade fruit originally intended for Yattarna. Sourced from Tasmania, Tumbarumba, and Adelaide Hills, Bin 311 delivers a refined, modern Australian Chardonnay that balances elegance with complexity.

Bin 311 is matured for eight months in French oak barriques, adding texture and complexity while preserving its vibrant acidity and mineral backbone. The result is an elegant, refined Chardonnay that balances freshness with depth.
