Pavillon De Trianon Bordeaux Superieur Wine
Chateau Trianon was purchased by former Chateau Cheval Blanc owner Dominique Hebrard in 2000. This 14.5 hectare estate based in Saint Emilion, Bordeaux. Their vines are an average age of 35 years old. All picking is done by hand. The ultimate ambition here is to achieve Grand Cru Classe status for their Saint-Emilion.
The second wine of Chateau Trianon, Pavillon de Trianon, offers exceptional value. They make both a red and a white Bordeaux under this label.
A medium bodied dry blend from Bordeaux made using 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. 100% aged in oak for 12 months.
- Dark ruby in colour with fruity aromas that include cherries, blackberries and a touch of cedar and black pepper
- Silky, plush fruit on the palate, with round tannins and a well balanced, easy drinking acidity
- A hint of chocolate and spice to finish
Pavillon De Trianon Bordeaux Superieur wine pairs perfectly with goulash, beef steak or mature hard cheese.
