Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin
Nordes is a Galician inspired by the eponymous fresh northerly Atlantic wind. Made using pomace from Albarino grapes rather than the more usual grain spirit.
- The botanicals include juniper, ginger, lemon peels, hibiscus and liquorice, resulting in a unique and intriguing gin with a bold, floral flavour profile
- Clean, refreshing, and very unique on the finish
