Grape variety: Nebbiolo, Alcohol: 13.50 % vol.

The Nebbiolo grapes destinated to produce this selection come from vineyards on the left of the River Tanaro.
The vines planted on sandy soils which are nearly limestone, consent to obtain an elegant wine, in a short time.
The fermentation and maturation are traditional with a soaking of 15 days.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes a further bottle-aging in oak barrels for about 12 months to complete the perfection of an intense bouquet and full, rich flavors.
