Grape variety: Nebbiolo, Alcohol: 13.50 % vol.
The Nebbiolo grapes destinated to produce this selection come from vineyards on the left of the River Tanaro.
The vines planted on sandy soils of which are nearly exempt of limestone, consent to obtain an elegant wine, in a short time.
The fermentation and maturation is traditional with a soaking of 15 days.
After malolactic fermentation the wine undergoes a further bottle-ageing in oak barrels for about 12 months to complete the perfection of intense bouquet and full, rich flavours.
