This exceptional South African dessert wine is a true reflection of the . Handcrafted by Chris and Andrea Mullineux, it is made from Chenin Blanc grapes grown on the slopes of Kasteelberg Mountain. After being handpicked in late March or early April, the grapes are laid out to dry on straw mats, concentrating their sugars and flavours.
The wine is then gently pressed, fermented, and aged in old French oak barrels for over two years. The result is a rich, golden nectar with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and fruit character.
