DaMa is a wine dedicated to honoring the founder of the Marramiero winery, Dante Marramiero. With additional oak aging, this Montepulciano wine has a more robust structure. Our Montepulciano d’Abruzzo d.o.c. Dama is produced using carefully selected grapes from various vineyards with different exposures. The ruby red color is deep and intense, with shades of dark red. It offers a rich and persistent aroma, with a hint of licorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced. A brief period of oak aging adds structure to the wine. This versatile wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, but is best enjoyed with roasted or stewed meats, salami, ham, and cheese at a serving temperature of 18°/20°C. It has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
