Second edition following the sell-out success of Elements 1.0. Extended fermentation up to 115 hours, enhancing tropical, fruity flavours alongside the signature smoky profile.

The experienced distillery team experimented beyond traditional methods, disrupting the usual 55-hour fermentation process to uncover new aspects of bold character. This edition features a secondary fermentation inside the washback, resulting in more complex and tropical notes.
