A crafted blend from two estate vineyards across the Golden Hillside region in Leasingham adjacent the Kilikanoon winery.

- Multi-layered and intense, with attractive flavours of cherries and blackberries
- Subtle leafiness and hints of emerging cigar box combining on the nose, further enhanced by smoky oak char
- Pitch perfect with seductively polished tannins, dark fruit flavours and textural consistency

The vineyards elevated position, cool nights and warm days during the harvest period, has defined the elegance, flavour ripeness and distinctive regional and varietal characters. Highly prized Clare Valley Cabernet.
Matching new technologies with traditional vinification techniques such as basket pressing, ageing each separate parcel in a combination of new and more seasoned French oak casks for sixteen months and bottling the final cuvee both unrefined and unfiltered has given the wine additional complexity and cellaring potential.
