A single cask Aberlour Single Malt, bottled by independent bottlers, . Distilled in the fall 2012 and aged for 11 years. Culminating in a 22-month finish in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. Bottled at a cask strength of 59.3%. Released in the spring of 2024 with an output of 545 numbered bottles.
- Ripe dark cherries, caramelised figs, and spiced apples mingle with notes of hazelnut praline, blueberry jam, and warming ginger and clove
- A touch of poached pear, orange marmalade, and sweet plums adds a depth of flavour
- James Eadie Aberlour 11 year old sherry cask finish whisky has a complex dark chocolate, ginger and nutmeg finish. Very satisfying
