Jackson Estate Stich Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
The character of this typically reflects its origin and season, being distinctly aromatic, intensely flavoured and finishing with refreshingly crisp acidity.
The nose dominates with complex florals, ripe white stone fruits and fresh zesty citrus.
To taste this follows through to the pallet with the same fresh citrus and ripe white stone fruit flavour’s, an underlying lees driven textural backbone and a pure mineral concentration.
A perfectly balanced and crunchy acidity gives the lift, balance and poise.
Stich is named in recognition of John ‘Stich’ Stichbury, founder of Jackson Estate.
