Ageing for at least four years in charred American white oak barrels, Bonded Whiskey is renowned for its smooth, complex flavour profile. Founded by Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The distillery has been producing using the unique charcoal mellowing process since the 1870s. This process, which involves filtering the whiskey through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, imparts a distinctive smoothness that has become synonymous with the Jack Daniel’s brand.
