Gonzalez Byass Matusalem VORS 30 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Dulce
The rare old soleras range from use only the finest sun-ripened grapes. Expert blending and then maturing in oak casks for a minimum of 30 years. The rare old solera sherries are a true expression of some of the world’s finest and rarest wines.
Produced in very small quantities. Matusalem is made by enrichment of a dry oloroso sherry with 25% pedro ximenez. As well as the additional ageing in its own solera.
