Glenallachie 12 Year Old Whisky – Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background. Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.
Lum Reek 12 Year Old Whisky – The consequential bronze spirit, offered without added colouring or chill-filtration, reveals sophisticated notes of sweet peat reek, warming mocha, Scottish heather, and butterscotch.
Glenallachie 15 Year Old Whisky – Waves of heather honey, dark chocolate and figs, with notes of fruit cake, mocha and cinnamon. Lashings of fig syrup, mocha and treacle, followed by dark chocolate, sweet spices and heather honey, fused with ginger on the finish.
