Gaja Sito Moresco
Gaja Sito Moresco is a full, juicy Piedmontese red blend from the original . It is a complex, yet harmonious blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera sourced primarily from vineyards on limestone rich soils in Treiso and Serralunga. Vinifying each variety separately before blending. Fermentation takes place in a mix of stainless steel tanks and oak casks.
- Violet, mulberry and fresh spice aromas on the nose
- Crunchy red plum and red cherry flavours on the palate, complemented by more savoury notes of dried herbs
- Fine-grained, silky tannins and gentle acidity and minerality on the finish
The perfect accompaniment to rack of lamb, tomato-based pasta dishes, and roasted peppers.
