Pieve Santa Restituta is an alluring example of Brunello di Montalcino.

As with all Brunello di Montalcino, this is entirely from Sangiovese. Sourcing from their Sugarille and Rennina sites and a 10ha parcel in the north-east of the appellation. The different vineyard lots are vinified separately, aged in French oak for 24 months before blending, and then aged for another 6 months in concrete vats to allow the wine to soften and harmonise.
