Made from 100% blue weber agave. Fortaleza Blanco begins with hand-selected agave that is slowly baked in a stone and brick oven, allowing the natural sugars to develop rich, deep flavours.

• On the nose Fortaleza Blanco Tequila delivers fresh, vibrant aromas of cooked agave. Layered with citrus zest, black pepper, and a hint of olive brine. As it opens, delicate notes of herbs, damp earth, and lime peel emerge, adding depth and character.
• The palate is crisp and full-bodied. Coating the mouth with flavours of sweet roasted agave, white pepper, and a touch of sea salt. Bright hints of grapefruit and green apple add a refreshing lift, while a subtle mineral quality enhances the tequila’s complexity.
• A whisper of buttery smoothness ties everything together before leading into a clean, slightly peppery finish, where notes of fresh agave, citrus, and a light herbal touch linger pleasantly.
