These mature in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, housed within traditional oak casks of approximately 640 litres. Throughout maturation, the wines undergo frequent racking, meticulous analyses, and tastings, enabling careful monitoring. The final blend typically comprises wines aged between 25 and 40 years, ensuring the distinctive Ferreira quality and style in a port with an average age of 30 years.

This port is ready to savour upon purchase. While prolonged ageing in the bottle doesn’t harm it, it does not necessarily enhance its qualities further. To preserve its exceptional characteristics, store the bottle upright, away from both light and heat sources.

No decanting is necessary for this exquisite Ferreira Dona Antonia 30 year old tawny port. It is best enjoyed when served at a temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC, allowing its rich flavours and aromas to fully blossom and delight the palate.
