Ferraton Hermitage Les Miaux
Les Miaux is a hermitage made from Syrah grown on clay, limestone and rolled pebbles. The wine is aged in oak barrels (10% new wood) for 14 to 16 months.
This full-bodied Red Wine has a ruby hue that reveals complex aromas of blueberry, raspberry, plum, and dark chocolate laced with wild herbs and sweet spices. Creamy on the palate with intense flavours of blackberry, meaty notes, and a touch of spice. A powerful texture enhanced by plush, silky tannins. Superb fruit, length, and finesse.
Perfect paired with flavoursome cuts of meat.
