Familia Falasco Hermandad Blend 

The first Familia Falasco premium wines under the Hermandad Brotherhood label. Reflecting the individual natures of each of the new generation. Blending is stronger when they are brought together. Just like Franco, Florencia, Fausto & Francesco Falasco.

• A matured in new French oak barrels
• The resulting  has aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, tobacco and mocha, mixed with fresh floral notes
• A full ripe palate with notes of blackberries with a sweet firm tannic finish
• Made with grapes from the best plots in the Uco Valley

Firstly the Familia Falasco Hermandad Blend wine goes through cold maceration for 5 days at 8ºC. The juice is fermented for 28 days at 30°C. Then 100% malolactic. Finally spending 15 months in first fill French oak barrels. As a result producing a complex character.

This  pairs well with roast beef, veal or venison, and is also great with game birds like duck, partridge and pheasant, and cheeses like red Leicester and Cheshire.

Thanks to experience and a great Falasco family history, they have managed to develop superlative quality wines that fully express the characteristics of their terroir. Innovation and constant technology have allowed them to create unique and unrepeatable wines for Argentina and the world.
