Domaine Faiveley Mercurey Clos Rochette is a white wine produced from a Monopole vineyard in the Cote Chalonnaise sub-region of Burgundy. A “monopole” wine is a Burgundy wine from a single vineyard that is owned entirely by one wine producer. This wine reveals exceptionally complex aromas and a fresh nose offering white flowers and spices. The lively attack gives way to a smooth, oily palate thanks to its oak ageing.
