Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Whiskey.

Single pot still Irish Whiskey from Drumshanbo distillery, made with a combination of un-malted Irish barley and Irish Banna oats.

Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-oloroso sherry casks, it offers aromas of vanilla, dried fruit, sweet spices and white pepper on the nose, complimented on the palate by notes of toasted oak, green apples, figs and sherry.
