Domaine Latour-Giraud Meursault Cuvee Charles Maxime

Domaine Latour-Giraud  own 10 hectares of vineyard holdings in Burgundy, of which approximately 80% is white, most of which is in Meursault. Yields are relatively low and there is no fining or filtration.

Cuvee Charles Maxime is a rich, indulgent Meursault, fermented and matured in barrel (of which around 25% is new) for 15-16 months.

Expect a mix of citrus and stone fruits, toast and grilled nuts. A full-bodied, creamy wine.

Pair with roast chicken, scallops or a gratin dauphinoise.
