Following the retirement of Jean-Pierre Boisson, daughter Emilie and son Nicolas now run Domaine du Pere Caboche.

Harvesting the grapes for this Chateauneuf-du-Pape by hand from vines between 40 and 60 years old.

• A vibrant ruby-red hue with hints of purple, indicating its youthful energy
• The nose is generous and inviting, featuring ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, layered with spicy notes of black pepper, and subtle herbal undertones of thyme and rosemary
• On the palate, it is full-bodied with velvety tannins. Juicy flavours of blackberries and plums mingle with earthy notes, hints of smoked meat, and a touch of minerality
• The finish is long and satisfying, leaving lingering flavours of dark fruit and spice
