Remarkably delicate and elegant, ageing in well-seasoned Limousin oak. Then joining together (or married) for a further two years, to create a stunning and cohesive cognac.

It has a light shade of amber and flecks of gold throughout. The bouquet is complex with powerful and intense floral aromas, along with notes of vanilla. It’s mellow and round on the palate evolving into full-bodied fruit flavours with hints of liquorice. An excellent partner to chocolate desserts or serve on its own as a digestif.

“Pale” because it is much paler than other cognacs of this age due to the natural pale colour of the cognacs used in the blend. All maturing in old casks and “dry” because it has only its natural sweetness.
