Veteran winmeaker David Traeger set up on his own in 1986. Previously working as a winemaker for both large and small wineries. His aim is to produce limited volumes of .
This has been ageing on its lees for 4-6 months with occasional batonnage in stainless steel tanks.
- David Traeger Maranoa Verdelho is a straw yellow colour with green hues
- Aromas of guava, nectarine, melon, lychee and rose petal
- Wonderfully textured on the palate, with fine acid structure and a crisp, long finish
- Pairs well with poached chicken breast, vegetable lemon-scented risotto, or dover sole
