Avon Winery resides on the untamed slopes of Olifantsberg Mountain within the Breedekloof Valley. Planting vines courageously in 1977, their legacy nearly forgotten until more than four decades until later restoration of the vineyard. Handcrafting the wine with minimal intervention, allowing the fruits of these once-neglected, unirrigated old bush vines to eloquently express their singular origin and character.
