Avon Winery resides on the untamed slopes of Olifantsberg Mountain within the Breedekloof Valley. In 1977, Clairette Blanche bush vines were courageously planted, their legacy nearly forgotten until more than four decades, until lovingly revived. Handcrafting this wine with minimal intervention. Allowing the fruits of these once-neglected, unirrigated old bush vines to eloquently express their singular origin and character.
