in Greve in Chianti.
Vinification & Maturation:
Vinification: Stainless steel temperature control fermentation vats for a period of 8-10 days.
Maturation: 10 months in large oak barrels, 25Hl – 50Hl.
Tasting Notes: Guado Alto represents the typical and elegant Chianti Classico. Concentrated ruby red with purple reflections. Characterized by hints of berries, tobacco and coffee. Medium-high body, velvety and delicate tannins, with good structure and persistence.14% Alc
14 Apr, 2019 – Shows good ripeness, but also freshness with newly cut herbs, citrus and bilberries. Fine and reserved on the palate with lithe tannins and a bright finish. Drink now.
