Vinectar is relatively new company. The idea originates from Emeric Petit who is a successful wine grower in the right bank of Bordeaux. Because he was a figure in the region, he made lots of contacts and friends around his estates.

Stanislas Jankowski has a very strong background in the food industry and was looking for a new adventure as he moved from North to Bordeaux. When the two met for the first time their discussions were about their respective desire to create a new approach of .

After a few other meetings, and some bottles of wine, the two men decided to create Vinectar. The reason for this company is to gather wine makers from all over the Bordeaux region. In order to share and help each other to improve the sales of their wines.
