The great champagnes bearing the Carbon name owe their excellence to the exceptional quality of their grapes. Grandson of the 5th generation of Champagne winemakers of the Champagne house Devavry, Alexandre decided to create his own Champagne House. After more than 4 years of research and development to create the most perfect bottle, Champagne Carbon is launched with the oldest vintages of his grandfather.

Champagne Carbon EB.01 Bugatti Edition Luminous Label Champagne 2002 is a generous vintage created for the celebrations of Bugatti’s 110th anniversary. It is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, aged for more than 15 years on the lees.

This is a particularly creamy style of Champagne. It has rich flavours of caramel, grilled nuts, pastry, dried plums, nougat, and a honeyed finish.

The perfect accompaniment to scallops or fish cooked en papillote.
