Chairmans Reserve Forgotten Casks Rum

This owes its existence to a fortuitous accident. In 2007, a fire at the St. Lucia Distillers facility led to the hurried relocation of several rum barrels. These casks, thought to be lost, were discovered years later, ageing far beyond the typical maturation period. The result is a rum that captures the very essence of patience and the unpredictability of time.
