The renowned wines of Cartuxa hail from the Alentejo sub-region of Evora and hold legendary status within Portugal. Among them, Pera-Manca boasts a rich heritage intertwined with Portuguese history.

Cartuxa Pera-Manca Branco, a blend of Antao Vaz and Arinto grapes from the Eugenio de Almeida Foundation vineyards, undergoes meticulous crafting. Grapes are handpicked, destemmed, and gently crushed upon reaching optimal ripeness.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels, maintaining a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine then matures on the lees for 12 months with bâtonnage, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle ageing before release.
