Burning Barn Rum Miniature Trio Gift Set

Burning Barn rum is, endearingly, named after the family’s barn, which burned down in September 2015. It is possibly the finest tribute to a barn or shed ever created by man. This catastrophe inspired the Warwickshire-based family, which had long been producing fruit, to turn their talents to spirits and create three which reflect the heat and smoke of the barn fire (which was, prophetically, fuelled by sugar).

This gift pack contains one 5cl of each of the following Burning Barn rums:

• Burning Barn Spiced Rum 40% ABV

A spiced rum designed to have real heat and blended with hand-roasted ginger, bird’s eye chilli, dark molasses, toasted coconut, allspice and vanilla

• Burning Barn Smoked Rum 40% ABV

The UK’s first and only hand-crafted smoked rum. An intense smokiness followed by hints of juicy apple, molasses and burnt treacle. The nose is punchy, but beguilingly smooth, leaving a light, luscious coating on the mouth

• Burning Barn Honey and Rum 29% ABV

A smooth, sweet liqueur made by blending golden honey and rum from Guyana. Floral aromas of British blossom honey, followed by spicy black pepper and cinnamon on the palate. Try drinking this on the rocks or in a sweet, summery cocktail.
