Port Charlotte SC:01 is the fifth release in Cask Exploration Series and the first to use 100% Islay grown barley.

Using barley only from the 2012 harvest, all grown within 10 miles of the distillery.  Bruichladdich Port Charlotte SC:01 2012 whisky has been maturing in a combination of sherry and Sauternes casks.

• You can expect a balance of light peat smoke and ripe fruits such a pineapples and oranges
• Heavily peated single malt with a phenol level of 40PPM
