Bivrost Yggdrasil Whisky

Inspired by the mighty ash tree Yggdrasil, which holds the Nine Worlds together in Norse mythology, this  is the distilleries inaugural vintage release. Each year releasing, a new batch of Yggdrasil, following with limited editions under different names.

Crafting with meticulous care, maturing Yggdrasil in oloroso seasoned and in-house charred casks for between 4 and 6 years. This unique maturation process imparts a rich and complex flavour profile.

• Bivrost Yggdrasil whisky has notes of dried fruits, orange blossoms, bonfire, old Spanish Bodega, roasted nuts, and a subtle hint of peat
• On the palate, Yggdrasil reveals a massive complexity and velvety mouthfeel. Toasted oak and caramelised mandarins dance harmoniously, complemented by delicate notes of peat
