Benedictine DOM Liqueur
Made from a secret recipe from Benedictine monks from France dating back to 1510. Benedictine is passionate in their quest to achieve the extraordinary. This began with Benedictine monk Dom Bernado Vincelli and the Abbey of Fecamp in Normandy, France.
- Produced from an undisclosed blend of 27 herbs and spices
- The colour is rich, coppery with golden highlights
- The nose has a herbal and spicy fragrance
- With citrus hints of tangerine zest and subtle notes of pine
- The palate is silky and rich with light honey and citrus notes with soft almonds
Some of the herbs and spices to create the Benedictine DOM Liqueur have been used since the biblical times and many still have a place in folk remedies.
The origin of these plants is like a journey around the world: from Greece to Africa, to Indonesia, India and so much more. Benedictine selects product ingredients from the five continents with quality as the sole criterion of choice.
