Distilling this premium bourbon with meticulous care at the iconic Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Ageing in charred American oak barrels for six years.

The  greets you with a bouquet of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak on the nose. The palate unfolds with smooth waves of honey, dried fruit, and a hint of spice, culminating in a warm, lingering finish.

This bourbon adheres to the strict Bottled In Bond Act of 1897, ensuring authenticity and excellence. To be labelled a Bottled In Bond Bourbon you must:

• Distilling in a single season
• Ageing for a minimum of four years
• Bottling at 50% ABV / 100 proof in the same location it was distilled
