This is a spectacular sparkling wine that is made in one of the best regions for sparkling wine production anywhere in the world. 

Bellavista are one of the top producers in the region and this is the wine on which their reputation has been built. If you want to try one of the best sparkling wines in the world, have a go at this and be delighted, wowed and very definitively satiated.

Made in the Champagne method, or metodo classico, this is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the classic grapes in the Champagne region, grown in the estate’s 200 hectares of vineyards. Most interestingly, the vines are grown in a natural amphitheatre that exposes the grapes to near-perfect growing and ripening conditions. 

Made from a combination of the years’ vintage and reserve wines of between 6 and 9 years, the wine is blended following some ageing in oak barrels and then two years of ageing on the lees, to create complexity and wonderful layers of texture.

This is complex and refreshing, elegant and delicious, showing ripe orchard fruit flavour, peach and apricot notes with developing almond characteristics on the nose. It’s excellent stuff and is wonderful with or without food.
