BarSol Quebranta Pisco
Distilled and bottled in one of the oldest distilleries in the Ica valley, Barsol Primero Quebranta is produced from 100% Quebranta grapes, the most widely-grown grape used for pisco.
Essentially a South American take on Brandy, Pisco is made in the wine-growing regions of Chile and Peru through a single distillation of fermented grape juice in copper pot stills. It is crafted in small batches and distilled to bottle proof, with neither water nor any other ingredients added.
BarSol Quebranta Pisco is elegant and refined with fruity aromas of ripe berries, pears and red apples, balanced by delicate citrus touches. The citrus continues onto the palate, along with flavours of dark chocolate, dried apricots, pecan nuts and hints of candied peel. An exceptionally long finish, with slowly fading citrus.
