HMS Princessa is crafted from a selection of rums aged between five and nine years in barrels that previously housed bourbon.

• On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of sun-dried raisins, warm vanilla, and rich caramel. Complemented by a delicate hint of toasted oak.
• The first sip reveals a smooth and velvety texture, with flavours of golden honey, buttery toffee, and indulgent creme brulee. Subtle undertones of nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice add a touch of Caribbean warmth. While the influence of bourbon casks lends a gentle smokiness and depth.
• The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a whisper of charred oak.
