Aberfeldy Distillery, nestled in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, has been crafting since 1898. The distillery was founded by the two Dewar brothers – Tommy and John Alexander. This 21 year old expression undergoes a meticulous ageing process in a combination of fine sherry and bourbon oak casks.

The extended maturation period allows the whisky to develop its rich and complex character. The sherry casks contribute layers of dried fruit, spice, and a touch of sweetness, while the bourbon casks add notes of vanilla, oak, and a subtle smokiness.
